First Coast Vendor Village Terms and Conditions

 

Participation Acknowledgment: By participating in First Coast Vendor Village, a local vendor event(s) organized by ABecca, LLC DBA First Coast Vendor Village (herein referred to in this document as FCVV), held in Duval and surrounding counties, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined herein.  

 

Acceptance and Notification: Confirmation, notifications, and event-specific information will be communicated to participants only upon receipt of completed forms and full payments.  

 

Event Location: The event site varies. All event locations, addresses, and times are listed on the monthly calendars on social media and the website www.firstcoastvendorvillage.com

 

Parking Information: Please note that parking varies in each location. Detailed vendor parking instructions are emailed before each vendor village.   

 

Refund Policy: All Bookings are Final. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.  

 

Booth Specifications: All booth spaces are standardized at 10 x 10. Vendors must adhere to the requirement of utilizing canopies no larger than 10 x 10. Vendors are responsible for providing their own canopies, lighting (if needed), outdoor extension cords, power strips with surge protection, tables, and chairs. Booth presentation must be appropriate and family friendly.  Electricity is not guaranteed.

 

Exclusivity: Except for multi-level marketing (MLM) companies, no exclusive rights will be granted to any vendor. A single MLM vendor will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis for each First Coast Vendor Village event.  

 

Vehicle Restrictions: No vehicles are allowed on the grass. After the load-in process is completed, vehicles are prohibited from entering the designated booth area.  

 

Unauthorized Activities: Engaging in selling, soliciting, or demonstrations outside of the allocated booth space is strictly prohibited unless prior authorization is obtained from First Coast Vendor Village staff.  

 

Prohibited Items: The sale of any weapons, including martial arts weapons, is strictly prohibited, as determined by  First Coast Vendor Village staff.  

 

Merchandise Approval: First Coast Vendor Village reserves the right to halt the sale of merchandise that has not been included in the application or approved by First Coast Vendor Village staff prior to the event.  

 

Tent Installation: All tents must be secured with weights, stakes or both. Instructions on tent security for each event is explained in the set-up email sent.

 

Indemnity Clause: The individual reserving space or participating in any First Coast Vendor Village event hereby agrees to indemnify First Coast Vendor Village against any arising issues linked to their involvement. This includes taking responsibility for covering damages and attorney fees incurred by First Coast Vendor Village.

Upon acceptance of this agreement, vendors are required to adhere to all directives provided by First Coast Vendor Village staff.  By participating in First Coast Vendor Village events, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in your removal from the event without refund or compensation. The safety and enjoyment of all participants and attendees are of paramount importance to us. 

 

By purchasing your spot for First Coast Vendor Village, you as the user hereby consent to receiving marketing communications and text messages from First Coast Vendor Village in accordance with the following terms and conditions:  

 

Consent Scope: By providing my phone number and opting into marketing communications, I agree to receive text messages, promotional offers, updates, and other marketing content from First Coast Vendor Village via SMS, MMS, and other messaging channels.  

 

Frequency: I understand that text messages may be sent periodically, and the frequency of messages may vary.  

 

Opt-Out: I have the right to opt-out of receiving marketing communications and text messages at any time. I can do so by replying “STOP” to any message, or by contacting First Coast Vendor Village.   

 

Message and Data Rates: I understand that message and data rates may apply for receiving text messages, and I am responsible for any charges incurred from my mobile service provider.  

Privacy: First Coast Vendor Village respects my privacy and will not share or sell my contact information to third parties for their marketing purposes.  

 

Consent Withdrawal: If I choose to withdraw my consent for marketing communications and text messages, I understand that First Coast Vendor Village will no longer send me promotional content via text message, but I may still receive non marketing messages related to my transactions or account.  

 

By providing my phone number and opting into marketing communications, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms and conditions outlined above, and I agree to receive marketing communications and text messages from First Coast Vendor Village and subsidiaries.  

 

Please print and retain a copy of this consent form for your records.  

 

Purchasing a spot at www.FirstCoastVendorVillage.com you agree to the terms and conditions as set forth in the above Terms and Conditions document.
