Local small business participation in area upscale apartment complex and subdivision vendor villages (popups). Electricity is not provided.
First Coast Vendor Villages are all outdoors (unless indicated otherwise) mostly in HOA and CDD communities and neighborhoods all over Northeast Florida!
As a full-time vendor myself, I know the importance of marketing and networking therefore I advertise you to every community in several ways.
With the use of flyers, targeted marketing, yard signs and social media, I work with the management in each community whom forward the advertising I create to their residents.
Every First Coast Vendor Village has a food truck(s), sweet vendor(s), music and a kid's activity (inflatable, games, etc...) and we are located in a well seen area of the community usually in front of the leasing office or clubhouse. Vendors are required to have a 10x10 tent/canopy or smaller and weights. You will also need tables, chairs and your business supplies. Nothing is provided other than advice. :)
Vendor villages are $50+ each. Some properties are on a 3-4 month rotation and I am also adding new communities all the time.
With my experience participating in markets and festivals of all kinds for well over a decade, I have a good sense of what vendors need and what customers want.
All agreements and payments are FIRM and NON-REFUNDABLE.
