First Coast Vendor Villages are all at luxury apartment complexes, subdivisions, CDD and HOA communities in Duval and surrounding counties.
As a full-time vendor myself, I I know the importance of marketing and networking therefore I advertise you to every community in several ways.
With the use of flyers, targeted marketing, yard signs and social media, I work with the management in each community whom forward the advertising I create to their residents.
Every First Coast Vendor Village has a food truck(s) and a sweet vendor(s) and we are located in a well seen area of the community usually in front of the leasing office or clubhouse.
Vendor villages are $50 each. I offer a buy 3, get 1 free for apartment communities only. Some properties are on a 3-4 month rotation and I am also adding new communities all the time.
With my experience participating in markets and festivals of all kinds for well over a decade, I have a good sense of what vendors need and what customers want.
All agreements and payments are FIRM and NON-REFUNDABLE.
